I have dated it to the mid seventies - you can see a photo of a very pregnant Vicky with Woody Allen in a dress with a similar fabric

The skirt flows out and widens as it nears the hem

The fabric has a touch of a nubby texture to it that gives it a little bit if extra visual interest

I have had one of the originals in the shop in the past (see it here) and I could not resist this little version even though I normally do not buy the later pieces
