I love the soft and subtle flat pleats that sit just under the hip-line - this allows the skirt extra fullness below

handset painted metal zipper and there is second zipper that closes the inner skirt lining

It would be an easy job to move the inner button to get the perfect fit as needed

The skirt under the waist flares out quite dramatically and when you cinch the waist in with a belt this sweeping flare is even more exaggerated
