Though It is of course those two huge rings of dyed black fox fur that ring each shoulder and down and around the sleeve right to the waist where all the drama is created

Bias cut silk allows for a good amount of flexibility in sizing

The skirt is a wide Aline cut so there is a lot of fabric in there and you get a fantastic amount of movement

The waist is elastic so is extremely comfortable to wear and will adjust easily to fit many sizes

My client is sure that it had that label at one time and I have a very similar one that is shorter in my archives so am quite confident that it is indeed a Starr. The fabric is a fabulous metallic thread with an underlying pretty pattern under the gold thread that is woven through the fabric! The color is amazing it is a stunning combination of corals with little pops of other colors
