Excellent construction

The level of work and quality to me suggests it was a custom or a very high end piece that has perhaps lost its second label

hook & eye at the waist and hidden snaps under the waist line

Some of the buttons have small chips on them but it otherwise looks to have never been worn

A row of decorative buttons trails down the front and I love how the pattern is used to create the illusion of "cuffs" on each sleeve
