The fordite came from the painting of parts for freightliner semi trucks in Ohio

I polished one end which shows the tree rings in the ancient wood. This piece really is perfect for a collection. It's not overly large and has excellent character. It still looks like the wood that was replaced by stone in it's mineralization process. This measures about 2. 3 x 1. 2 inches.
