1950 GRUEN Veri-Thin 'Knotted Lugs' 14K Gold Gents Dress Watch Checkers Dial 0192 in robust yet slimempressissi is pleased to offer this fantastic rare midsize GRUEN dress watch for men from the early 50s, a 'Precision' model in 14K solid gold with design often referred to among collectors as 'knotted lugs'. These were available from several makers in small variations and very popular during the early 50s. The watch houses an early 415 manual wind caliber with sub seconds, running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a GRUEN original 14K solid yellow gold
